There can only ever be one account associated with one email address. If there is already an account under register to an email address, creating a new one will fail.
So since you were able to make a new account under your email (which I see you did), there was no other account under the same email address in our databasse.

With that said, I see there is indeed an account by that name in our database. However, it is not currently tied to an email account.
So if you send me a private message I can add a new email address to that account.

With that said, you can still play the game.
You will need a 25Assist account, however. Check "Assist Account" at the top of this page.
If you logged in with your BattleTracker account, its info might also be cached and you may even be able to change its password now through the "Assist Account" menu.

The problem with this whole thing is that we do not really fully understand the problem or what the exact solution might be.

Best I could think of would be to remove PB altogether.
But I'm not entirely sure how well we could do that (I certainly don't have the know-how for this).

Secondly, what name are you using?
The forum account is different from the 25Assist account. To register for a 25Assist account go to "Assist Account" at the top of the page and register there.

I will register from the beginning, and it will work for me properly. In the Assaf user I do not think you can recover the password I forgot because I registered during the BATTLETRACKER period, and AssafZalmanov needs a code to activate the user.
There are no accounts with such names in our database.
