I see you did in fact manage to log in to Assist using your old account now.

I'll update it with 65 honor then. It will be updated the next time you log in to a game with Assist.

There will be no "adding" of honors. We simply don't do that.

Since accounts are all stored on battletracker.com , there is no way for us to delete an account (nor do we wish to do such a thing).

You can have access to both just like everyone else who had more than 1 battletracker account before Assist.

If that's a picture of Shipment (which it looks like), it has 16 slots on each side, so he means on one server.

Although I don't know how this map would work with 32 players... It's just so small.

Have you tried logging in to that account? The username is "]-[EBREW^]-[AMMER" and you can try whatever password you can think of. If that doesn't work you can try to recover the password as well if you still have access to the email associated with it.

As for the points, they amount to 65 honor. Also, it would be great if you linked to your current account as well.

Well, you should try starting 25Assist.exe again. It should continue where it left off with the download.

If that fails, erase the downloaded data (refer to FAQ for data location) and try again then.

If you were banned on a server, you need to deal with the specific server's admins.

If you were banned from Assist, you can go to our Ban Appeal section and make a proper ban appeal. Make sure to read the **READ FIRST** thread before post, though.

Well you can't be sure the email was the marine corps one.

You see, back then AA accounts and battletracker accounts were separate. To get your icon, all you would need to do is register on ameriacasarmy.com with your Marine Corps email and you'd get the icon. And since your battletracker is registered a lot later, you coud easily have used a different email for that. It's worth a shot trying to recover it.

It that's your old BT account, all you need to do is use "[SD]LeadDelivereR" as your username and log in to Assist and you'll be good to go with that honor.
If you can't remember the password, try recovering it. Make sure to check all your email addresses and not to overlook the spam side.

As for the icon, right now all US military branches just get the one icon the Army Active icon. We've usually done it with an email from your military email. I don't know about anything else.
However, if you have proof of it, email it to [email protected] .

Well I don't have full access to this site, so I couldn't ban his HWID even if I wished.
Furthermore, he's been saying he plays AA under a proxy and changed HWID anyway and there is next to nothing we can do to prove it. And I do believe him in the sense that it should be pretty easy for him to do. The same goes for the site.
