When it begins and so? i don't understand it exactly.. i know there is info on the site of esl but i don't get it.
Sign up ends at 17th of Feb (17.2) , games will be played during that week (17-23/4) I think. It's an elimination cup, for 16 teams there will be maximum 4 games ( if you get to the finals ). Maps are currently not set.

you will only be able to join from the same server PC using the Join Button at Server Tab,
if you have a "good" PC running the server and playing in the same machine should not affect server or game performance.
I agree. Right now it's under "Info" and that, in my opinion, is quite vague. For all a newcomer knows, it could just be some random info about this site that would not interest someone who would just like to download the game.+1
A "Download" button/tab at the top would be better.
