the user.ini can only be edited by aa25assist, not directly be editing the file.

as i connected to your Server, i could not see if it is a home or dedicated Server.
for dedicated Server, you have to edit the Server.ini

o and its not just at start, takes for ever now to enter a server,alot slower

another delete all (also the hidden Folders).
download a fresh new copy of aa25assist and install it.
all good then i guess.

oh, i do not think this is a problem of reinstalling aa25assist.
what jonnyM said must be the reason i guess.

and for the server rules, if you do not have the ServerMessage.cfg in the pb folder, just create it.
there you put in the Messages.
