So with a ton of help from Spanky I've been working on an AA map for 2.5. It's my first AA map. It's currently titled City Block but that may change.
Update:
Sky now shows stars with clouds (stars may be hard to see in low res video)
Added road lines to side streets
Added dividers to 2 main roads with trees
Some alignment adjusting
Lighting tweaks

This will give you the 18c instead of the spr.It's not really a bug since it was supposed to happen like that. Also, it happens when you un-check advanced marksman in parental controls. If it's un-checked you get the map's default weapon. There is no "low violence" option, at least not in 2.5.
This bug was fixed in 2.6 i believe.

« on: Thursday, March 08, 2012, 21:08:50 PM »I don't even know what a 18B or 18C is to be honest. The map fails with forceclass mods so I don't see how somebody could get another gun unless it's an admin classing himself.18B is the SPR and 18C is the SF gun.

As for your honor, you already have a battletracker with the correct honor, you need to log in with that account.

Sounds to me like they closed assist while AA was still running. A slot is created for you in the auth server when you log in. If assist is closed, the slot is closed. Not sure if that is actually what it is, but it sounds like it.

« on: Wednesday, March 07, 2012, 10:44:32 AM »So I was wondering who is doing the anti-cheat for this version of the game. I don't recall AON, ACi and company supporting AA2.5ACI indeed supported 2.5 when auth was still up. They supported all versions of AA.
I am a former AON Mentor and CheatBusted admin, so anti-cheat is always an interesting issue for me.

It's all relative though. A busy night on AAO25 now could be matched with just my own clan playing an internal scrim back in 2008 or so...
Really quiet over the weekend, but it is 4th July. Being in Scotland I forgot and thought AA was finally dying, but I can see people are filtering back. Probably fairly bloated....
