first of all - install a antivirus software!
then figure out what your computer ip is (open dos box, type ipconfig /all). note your address (should be something like 192.168.1.xxx).

connect to your router by typing in your internet browser: 192.168.1.1 (hope you have a password there). login now.
user: admin
pass: admin

if you have dhcp activated, maybe you have to make a reservation for your ip address (but we try it first without this).

now search for the tab "forwarding". select "port-triggering"
select now "add"
triggerport: 1716
protokoll: UDP
incoming port: 1716-1718
incoming protocoll: UDP
status: active
select "save"

reboot your rooter.
tell me if ok now. maybe you got a message from your windows firewall now "blocking ......" say no blocking is so asked.

btw: if you realy are trying to run a server, you have to open more ports then. look at other threads about the needed ports.

one thing from my side:

if you look at all the players and servers, there are very often the most players on servers with weapon pick allowed - so modded servers. and as far as they do not change honor counting (as they could do as well), for me this is very ok to stay with this kind of servers (and for the open slots - which was a regular built in 2.8.5 - you have to mod the server).
