I might as well list some obvious ones:
- Close un-necessary programs and processes
- Have the most optimum graphics drivers installed (the latest versions don't always mean they are the best)

I can't think of anything else you could do to boost performance other than in-game related stuff.

Okay, this might be stretching it but:
- Get rid of un-necessary temporary files in the user folders
- Get rid of leftover hotfix uninstallers
- Defragment the hard drive

I know Spanky is the master of this. Does anyone recommend any good composers or pieces? I've got to build up the classical genre on my hard drive :)

Great video. Reminds me of the old demo scene programs.

Id take a simple layout mechanical over the hog of a G5. Extras were never something that interested me. I will buy something for the sole reason of it's purpose and nothing more, If I didn't I wouldn't be buying it :)

Fission is what we use now. Fusion is much safer but we do not have the means to collect the energy produced from fusion. Some say that if we find a way to get the energy from fusion then all of our energy problems will be solved.
This young man is correct. If I can verify it to be correct, then it is correct.

I also think it's unfortunate how WCG and other groups hook people in by saying "our program uses your unused CPU cycles" as if to say, there's no difference in power usage.
That means they've done their job even if all of these CPU cycles don't do shit.
