I only have access to test Assist, not AA itself.

It should not be firewall releated, if it was it would block all packets, not delay them.

Test your connection with something like this:

Perhaps someone else are better qualified to find the error.

Your best bet is to:

Make sure 25Assist is closed:
Delete the %appdata%\25Assist folder(Where you found the log file)

Start 25Assist again,. let it redownload the game.

This might indicate that the version of the file on your server and your client are not the same

The File should have this size:

The reason should be in your System\ArmyOps.log

If you want you can post it here

Here is where you find your AA folder:

MAC-OSX: /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/25Assist/
LINUX: /home/USERNAME/25Assist/
WINDOWS XP: C:\Documents and settings\USERNAME\Application Data\25Assist\
WINDOWS VISTA/7: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\25Assist\

You can NOT play them on an official server, but you should be able to load them offline or even on an LAN server.

If that is the case remember that there is an addition component, Auth server checks with battletracker, to check if the login is ok.



I'm not saying that we are running the perfect performace that we could.
Just that the biggest issue now should be solved, and that we will continue to work on the issues.
