However, the downside about this is that if your server is popular and hasn't been restarted for a while that it won't work until another restart/mapchange. Checking the number of playerlist can be done by typing 'playerlist' in console.

i also have some little problems with my servers. i did a batch job now that is also deleting all the LocalFiles.txt of the servers before restarting. this is good and the servers are (almost) stable within 24 hours, the next timepoint to restart all again automaticly.
but in future, maybe this problem will be fixed - for sure it is already as a problem recognized.

just delete this file "LocalFiles.txt" located at your system folder. it will be created again while starting the server.

btw: folder names like this "C:\server manager\Server0\System\" can cause strange problems, because of the "blank" between the names. but if your other servers are running, i don't think that this is the problem right now.

you did already reinstal the whole game, right?
be sure that you delete everything before you install the new game again.
then go http://aao25.com/info and download the Server Manager.
make a new folder, maybe this time something like
c:\aa25server
unpack the zip files into this folder
run servermanager.exe with admin rights
select "create new server" - see thread http://aao25.com/server-support/25assist-server-manager/
start server - should start now.
