The last directx 9 update was in February 2010. So directx 9 isn't exactly old. Honestly the only difference between DX9 and the newer versions is pixel shader calculation. And fuck tessellation in DX11, that is definitely not new. If you say it's new, you need to stop reading e-news sites and formulate your own opinions.

It's either devs are lazy and don't want to run a script to change a few lines of code or the guy in the big tie is a big jew and is forcing people to ride Microsoft's chain on their behalf.

Sorry sir, I don't think you can use that because it is:
  • 8-bit color depth
  • Aliased

However you may proceed with any doing as long as it isn't poking fun at the government establishment. :D

I just check the source on the FBI wiki page and they ripped the SVG from a PDF here http://www.dni.gov/100-day-plan/100_FOLLOW_UP_REPORT.pdf.
Also in this PDF are seals from almost every other major US department like the marines, navy, drugs, cia, etc. I think maybe whoever made the PDF should have been thinking to convert the vector files into bitmaps so they cant scale all the seals to infinite size. Because I just zoomed in 1600% on my PDF viewer on the marines seal lol.

Yea Im pretty sure the real badges are made of metal or sewn together. Both of which isn't available to any average or advanced googler.

This is a news article
http://news.cnet.com/8301-1023_3-20012575-93.html

Recently (why hasn't this happened earlier?), the FBI is pissing on Wikipedia because they have their seal on the FBI page. I haven't checked the page but I'm pretty sure its an SVG so it can be scaled to any resolution. The FBI isn't that dumb and know this so they are thinking someone is going to try and print a high-quality FBI badge or something. Wikipedia told them to piss off.

Personally I think FBI should shut up. Nobody is going to go print that thing. Even if they do they aren't getting far; unless they want a pretty poster with the FBI symbol. Anyway, this is a free online encyclopedia and it has a lot of good info. In order to have a successful free and open info resource center, there's gotta be some "high authorities" that have to shut the hell up or they just look like two 8 year fat kids arguing over the toy airplane.

Sounds daunting. At least I think you know more than your ISP. Sometimes I wonder how in the hell people have gotten where they are and the intelligent ones are lost in the dark.

Arguments are more fun when the person you're arguing about is over 20. Then at least you can say their parents failed them. Or they saw fail coming in the future and dumped the kid in a ditch :D

Your next plan might work if you get us all to live in the same house. Even then I think somehow nate will never see sunshine.
