It is but it's extra work and not much point to it. The OP was talking about releasing the actual banlist which used to be public until it was turned into private-only.

We don't show a public ban, why show hackers, that they have been banned, and thus know they need to find away around it?

This logic is great except the hackers will know they've been banned when they open Assist :) The reason we don't show info is due to HWID changes.

Is your laptop still under warranty?
^^ Stupid question since you're on Windows 7, your warranty is long gone.

Your hard drive is failing. That may or may not be part of your problem.

Did you do all the Windows Updates, even optional ones?

Grab HDTune, take a screenshot of the health tab.

Run Fix PB and Fix DirectX in Assist.

Plenty. You're not even at 50%.

I doubt very much that memory is the problem. AA doesn't use up much. I'm sure you still have 1GB left over while playing.

That doesn't mean anything though. It's not "getting by" with 64-bit. It's whatever you use. If your OS and programs only use 2.5GB then you're not "just getting by". We'd have to see the Performance tab in the Task Manager while he's in-game.

I don't see anything wrong with idle temps, seems normal for a laptop.

i just took this before starting to play!
Needs to be after so we can see the heat under load. I still say Intel isn't good for gaming, even an older game like AA. The HD4000 is a little better than my GPU and on full settings at 1680x1050, FPS drops a fair amount in quite a few areas. If I was really into playing AA, I'd want something better. The Intel GPU is mostly good for hardware accelerated stuff, not gaming.

To touch on what ArmyAntiCheat said, go here and install any new updates:

Intel GPU is a problem, you'll get low FPS. Your second problem is that you're playing games on a laptop.

I'd bet your problem is heat, incredibly common in laptops and nobody thinks about it. Download HWMonitor, run it and then play the game. After a while, take a screenshot of HWMonitor and post it here.
