Because people are used to XP, Win 7 can be good but honestly isn't the same thing, we could hear a lot more with XP :)

Well it must be me, but i think i hear about the same. I'm not the audiophile here though.

I don't know why people have so many issues with sound on AA. I've not experienced it. Maybe it's these shitty "gamer" sound cards with bloatware causing issues.

Namely Creative's poor drivers?

It's silly to think you have any rights at all online. Damn near every site logs your IP, many more log more information. Why is nobody upset about this? Same thing for the government to peek at info flying every which way. If you don't want something known, don't send it out into the world via your computer. It's pretty simple. Even without the government watching, there's hackers...

Well, almost everyone uses at least a social network (Either Facebook, Twitter, or whatever else), often looking for something on Google, taking a peak over youtube videos or reading your fav news website...we leave marks just by making choices.

Middle East terrorism...you see, there's a share of things that are constantly thrown at your attention by choice. No one did really cared ever gave a f*ck for Ruanda in 1994 (1 million deaths) or Angola's civil war that lasted almost 30 years. So i guess that kind of motto written above is fitting precisely good (obviously not  for americans only).

By the way- is it normal on this version, that the sound on Windows 7 is delayed about one second?

O.o i play on Win 7 as probably most of the people here and i get no such thing. Are you experiencing it with AA2 only or on some other software aswell?

Euros are willing to play in NA servers, Americans are too proud to see their ping that high.

Aussies and such instead have no choices i guess.

yeah me too, I hate when I had to use skill to see if I hit someone, those days where a real bummer. skill and reasoning? old school now I want a heads up display saying yes u hit him, and u hit him here, and u did this much damage.
take as much pressure off relying on this old notion of 'skill' as u can.

yeah this is great, reduce spam by having the game show an image of the body part and an image of the gun in console....
incase u didnt quite know what the m16 was even tho you where holding it when u shot the guy....
or is it so other people know what u shot him with? I know where ur coming from in ts during pub games and scrims generally it goes like this

player 1: hey I shot the guy at east objective
player 2-5: omg awesome, what gun did you use? was it single shot? was it silenced? omg omg awesome thats the same gun I got, wow we both picked R slots and got the same gun, creeeeeepy, I wonder how many other people got this gun, omg everyone with the R slot? wooooow they are stalkers.

:D ahah, great Skrewy.

yeah but its expensive for people outside the us to buy computer parts

Nothing is expensive if you know where to look for. I don't really think it's a matter of money, or pc parts. On the other hand i don't really know if European countries are richer than US, maybe you should come and take a look at the italian way of developing a sub-standard democracy with corruption from top to bottom.

This.

Oh darn i'll have to get a new custom pc built then...where should i look :P :P :P

Welcome :)

Ahh...thanks for the tip Jonnym.
All installed well BTW. Goofing around with settings and such now...all good so far:)
I missed this game:)
See yall soon.

If you miss Csar and you don't have the chance of any Csar server up for playing you can host it on your own pc using the Assist, just make sure to open the needed ports for the server to be able to communicate.

Anyone care to speculate on why there are so many european players and not very many U.S players, This is 'AMERICAS' army not europes army, i don't understand why there are not more americans?

Imho, the most important servers, the ones getting full each evening on a daily basis, are European ones. It wasn't the same in the past, as 2 of the most lively ones on 2.8.5 in late 2011 were the infamous CGS respawn servers. If you're an American player and you happen to be willing to play in a server placed around your area you have less choices in both servers and maps regards.

Anyway i think that even back in 2.8.5 there was a lack of american players in comparison to the amount of European ones (not as now tho).
