Definitely the best idea here, try running an ubuntu live CD or something like that to try and recover the files. Then either try repairing the windows OS or do a reload.

This will not have anything to do with your username, however you will need to change your username @ battletracker.com as that is what is used to login to the Assist client.

EA/Dice went from 80+ registered server providers for BF3 down to 14 RSP's for BF4. They are ruining the market for the other hosting companies involved making it more of a monopoly.
