Make sure you use a 25Assist account to log in to the game. The aao25.com account is a different animal altogether.

Which account do you want to switch the mail on? The 25Assist account or the AAO25.com account?
Currently your forum account has a @gmail.com email attached to it and the 25Assist account has a @hotmail.com email attached to it.

The one you used for 25Assist is a @hotmail.com one and it seems it may have your full name in it.
You might want to check that account as well as its spam folder.
