I can see these icons interfering with the Player Admin Icons, why do PA's have icons anyways?

Seems like a way of letting hackers know admins are around, which is good and bad.. bad if you are trying to catch them off guard :+

If you go through pbsv.cfg and throw a ; infront of things you don't want to work (kicks for hacks; pb_sv_update; etc etc) and not turn off PB with a CMD, your server still looks as if it is running PB (and it is) but PB does absolutely nothing! because that's what it is being told to do.. ;)

Most new PB Servers (BC2,BF3.. etc..) are easy to manipulate into getting honor / other bonuses that are PB Required; while all the time 'pretending' to run PB..

It was easy in the BF3 Servers, all you had to do was tell PB NOT to update daily :D all with a simple ;

same problem for me alkos... not all the time ..only somrtimes for multiple files .tmp.. it is just wierd that no one seems to know why..all the expplanations so far dont explain why and are not correct.. its not a rights permission issue..its not an issue with my comeputer... it is just a wierd tmp file that people get randomly and not cosistently.. its just wierd.. i say it is the russians lol

I recall when you posted the screenshot, Alkos. Unfortunately, I can't provide any insight as I also haven't seen any temp files on my end. My best guess would be a permissions issue, but without being any to reproduce I can't really say for certain.
