Do you have any concrete arguments against me, besides "i do not like u" thing?

there are no other counter arguments to make me like you or support your cause. and I am not concerned with that. even if you're not guilty of whatever crime that got you banned that I never imposed upon you, then I trust that there is a reason they do so, and you don't argue your case on anyone else not involved. people can have their opinions, but you are not supposed to voice them outside of appeals, let alone post here, which is why you were supposed to be banned from your original account. that can be another outstanding violation on your part.

it doesn't matter what you did to earn the ban. it matters how you present your case, and you are not acting innocent in this at all. no amount of finger salutes is going to change that, and that is exactly the point I am getting across. if they would like, the admins can do what they please, and I would be glad of it if they kicked you off, or let you in if you stopped whining about it. in your current state, I see no reason to keep you around, and I wouldn't blame the admins for following through.

like I said, he didn't post any appeal, until today (and this has been going on for days now), and does nothing but spew vitriolic hate instead of making his case. furthermore, in that appeal, he could have posted only his appeal, instead of going around to threads where people talk about him. not only that, he did so with a new account, masking his IP. secondly, I suggested that if Merlin advocated him, he could have spoken on his behalf, so he could have avoided being sneaky. I wouldn't trust this guy to hold a baby on a tightrope riding a unicycle above a fire pit!

did he even post in appeals, or just merely doing so outside of that part of the forum? there's a difference.

Getting into the forum against the ban is perfectly fine from the justice point of view, if you are the one being accused and talked shit about, and you can't reply.

yet, I did not see a single post of appeal in the appeals forum here until today. and even so, if you had a friend in Merlin, you could have asked him to speak on your behalf instead of being sneaky and creating a new account and bashing everyone like the whole world is set against you. well, it is now, because you just did that!

I like you too, but I think it's time you stop playing Devil's Advocate. it's not helping him no matter how much you try to e-lawyer it. he's dug a hole for himself, and he thinks everyone should be helping him get out of it. yet, no one has a desire to. we're better off without him, for as long as auth stays up.

uhh, when you're disruptive, argumentative, and a jerkface, everyone's opinion of you can matter because they don't like to deal with you and your crap. you've given no one any reason to help you. all that's left is for your therapist/psychiatrist to figure you out and determine whether to drug and/or institutionalize you for your delusions.

re: your appeal

if you had gone through the proper channels (i.e. through this: http://aao25.com/forum/ban-appeals-98/ or the relevant sites if you were banned by a particular server) without hijacking the shout and other threads, you may have been reinstated if you properly stated your case, instead of accusing everyone to be a liar. as it stands, I would see no reason to disagree with the powers that be who took action against you, and the current situation which is making your case worse with auth being down. if you weren't the perpetrator causing the DDoS, you wouldn't have to call everyone a liar, and just say you simply didn't do it. if the evidence is stacked against you, then it is clear that you are responsible, and you must take responsibility for your actions. everyone is seeing right through you right now, and no amount of trash talk is going to make anyone change their mind. therefore, ergo, you would deserve to be banned based on your behavior and tone. you are clearly not as innocent as you claim to be.

so, suck it!
