I say take the honor out and tracking aswell, thats not how the game meant to be played.
This has been discussed ever since the project launched. Unfortunately nothing ever gets done. :P

mAAp Project / Re: The new mAAp Pipeline

I don't think I did anything with the fan. Why not walk into the trigger & see what happens ;) Plenty of those bad boys around the map.
I did and nothing happened... Then again, I was using the editor version of AA.

It won't work in my 2.5 install because there is no spanky's camera texture or something like that.

I see you took out the deadly ceiling fan. Also, there is a trigger by the broken water pipe and I have no idea what it's for.

I tried before to do away with PB, But it does lots of thing that we can't do away with. Dual Boot Linux, Get Linux... Get used to it.
We should try to get 2.5Assist onto the Linux version of Stream.
Assuming you meant Steam, I'm not sure that's possible seeing as we didn't make the game.

so u go with the easyest? I say fix it plz, make this game avaiable for the most os´s possible. Get more players, if people who own w8 also can play this game it will enlarge the community, therefor its a win win situation, u can´t ask everyone who owns w8 to unninstall their (LEGAL - bought). Im not buying w7 neither im going to swap a legal os for a cracked version of w7.
You get off your ass and create an anti-cheat system from scratch. What? You can't? Then shut up.

Apart from lacking physics support the linux client is very good, you could not make a better port. The assist client on linux is not great.
This game has no future on windows, it wont work on win8.
And it won't work on the newest version of mac. If it goes Linux only there will be nobody playing it.

If the Widescreen fov option is still in assist that causes the sights to not line up no the m9.

The only thing I'm worried about is people wanting to change the game. When it was the original group of admins we all agreed that we should keep the game just as the devs made it. New maps and security updates were fine but gameplay changes were off limits. I really hope that policy continues for whoever gets the project.

pit is a sissy for giving up so easily, no need to defend him
Giving up? He doesn't want to deal with the bullshit, Just like Jonny. Are you going to insult him too? The guy paid to keep Americas Army 2 alive and just gets constant shit for it. What the fuck have you done? Nothing.

Let's make it clear - the main reason were two recent events:

- Spanky "hijacking" the sourceforge project (by removing other admins and taking the donation account)
- Jared hacking down the aao25.com site (by stealing my password, removing some files, deleting all user accounts)
That's sad as fuck.

He could have been a high honor before making a battletracker account.

If isn't ready in time, then gets on the next update, honestly i rather have a quick update than having to wait more because of one map, not saying it isn't worth, just saying there is time on another update, so take your time ;)
I might be able to finish petrol as well though, depending on when he wants to push out this update.

Realistically, how much time before you start this? Because Contingency isn't quite finished, but it's almost there. Also, I don't have access to the dropbox anymore, since I thought this was never going to happen, so I'll just leave a link to my map when it's ready for you guys. Spanky, are you or Killa going to stick around on the forums for a while? I may have a couple of questions about the last couple of things I've gotta do.
I'll be here. You could also just ask spanky to add you to the drop box again. You have to do briefings for your map too. We also need level shots for all the new maps but I don't really know how to do that. I'll see if I can bug spanky and have him show me how to do it.
