I feel the same about my upload, so low. it makes difference in latency as well.
The lowest latency I get at games is 30ish in league of legends;

IGC has now server message pointing updated rule out, hopefully now the rule is seen. Realised again how important it is to use servermessage.cfg with correct encoding, needed to restart the server like ten times to get it working right lol

Aasa would of never ban you for that, they had a strict ban policy , no ban unless solid evidence from what I remember of aasa
