we need proof that someone hacks. accusations dont constitute bans.

i know he's a good guy. spent lots of time with him in ts. he is a cool cat and we have very similar intrest (illuminati, free masons, annuki, conspiracy theroies) and other such things. we have pretty intelligent conversations. But the fact remains that i cannot allow Mafioso servers to house a player that is being totally disrespectful in every aspect to other players. It makes us look bad if we continue having someone in our servers that harasses players and uses foul language towards other players. He says he does what he does in AAS servers cause players dont follow AAS rules. well our rules in mafioso is Respect All Players At All Times (yes that rule actually scrolls in the server) ntm we have talked with him about this several times when he's in TS. He refuses to follow our rules, but yeah he chastises others for not following server rules.

No hard feelings hardmatic, but i just cant risk people not joining our servers on the premise we allow someone that harasses other players into our servers. It's better to nip it in the bud, then to keep having to take sides of this person or that person. It's just draining at the end of the day to waste my breath over and over about Respecting all players. 

Rapture I don't agree with taking the vote system out, it needs to stay,

@ hardmatic it's easier to leave the server take a break, then cause kaos, if the stated player you're accusing is dirty, only in good time all cheaters get caught sooner or later... Don't let them get the best if you hardmatic

i wasnt referring to the game in general. but maybe a server option to disable votekicks as it seems lots of people abuse it when admins arent in the server

I see Hardmatic aka {=A.A.S.=}DaGod is a frequent requester for background checks and I am surprised that he has not done this with all his in-game accusations. So I guess I will do it for him.

I tried to have a level headed conversation on Mafioso TS3 with him. But, my TS3 knowledge is minimal as I could not get the mic to work with PTT. I am use to Voice Activation and Ventrillo. Anyways, all I got was name calling, accusations and being pb_kicked from the Mafioso server last night by him and his girlfriends (!ntel. Clan).

He's not talking about a Mafioso Admin. He's talking about players using votekick against him. I will talk with the other Mafioso members about this and we will get with hardmatic with this as well. Hey spanky or eliz, is there a way to take the votekick fuction out of our servers? seems alot of people (even in other servers) are having problems with the votekicks being abused.

im not exactly a programmer. but me and a few friends are developing a new game using Unity's Engine.
but i should check out the engine you mentioned. Looks like i can work with that.

if i remember right. "Perfect Vision" is like 20/12 or 20/15 mother-in-law is a optometrist. but of course shes a mother-in-law so if u have a valid point please share cause i would LOVE to argue with her
