Can you not see the collateral damage of trying to keep pit out? we have over 100 new players waiting for activation.
Wasn't the whole training requirement supposed to stop people from creating a ton of accounts to circumvent bans like Pit did? Or was he getting through some other way? That's another thing, nobody really knows what is going on, only that you decided to unban Pit because ti was too hard to keep him out.

Because I want to be freed of this nightmare job!
Well I'm sorry you feel that way. Nobody is forcing anything upon you. Running a game is difficult work, which is usually why a lot of people get paid to do it for most games. You're just doing it out of the love for the game. People are going to disagree with you (I already did) but you can either ignore it or try to work with the community.A lot of people, including me, just don't like certain players getting preferential treatment. So many others get banned forever yet the biggest and loudest hackers get another shot? It's not fair. Surly you can understand people's frustration.

It doesn't have to be this be all end all situation of either people love what you want to do or you quit. If you really want to quit again, I don't think anybody would hold it against you though.

Some people here are making a big fuss about a recent important judgment call I have made, I still believe its the right thing to do, we cannot go on fighting people all the time, we have to at some point resolve our differences if we are to move on.

I believe i still have majority support for my leadership of this project but I think we should have a democratic election. There will now be a vote, Should JonnyM resign his leadership of the project?

If I loose I will complete the upcoming update but thats it, i walk.
If I win all you hatters need to shut the hell up and support my decisions.
Is this even serious? Some may question the choices you make, but I don't think ANYBODY questions whether you're the right leader for this project.

I'm not sure why you're making this all or nothing when it shouldn't be.

This signature is old and I'm not quite sure what you're getting at.

Killa, you said let actions speak for a person, I agree. Let's see how Pit acts.
We already did, and it was not good. We can't just give out second chances whenever the hell we feel like it. It's a bad way to run a project. "Zero tolerance!, unless we don't feel like it."  If Pit's dumbass deserves a second chance so do a lot of other people caught hacking.

Hey everyone, let this shit rest.
OR I KILL THE KITTY

You unbanned the biggest hacker we've had in a while. The same guy that was a complete dick on the forums too. What did you expect? Sunshine and rainbows?

huh ?? it's because he was so pissed that he couldn't prove anything against people
who did indeed use hacks and mocked him on the forums with the support of a lot of
hypocrits that he went berzerk afterwards. At least acknowledge it and don't be one yourself.
Wait, so you're changing your argument from "he was doing good by hacking against hackers" to "he went crazy after he left." ? Seriously? How are either of those situations good anyways?

Point is you were not in charge at the time when Pit was, so you're not in position
to make any point anyway.
Nice dodge. How is that even relevant? Why do I need to be in charge to realize what he did after he quit the project was wrong? This literally has nothing to do with his time as the head of the project.

For the record though, I was an admin, and he had 3 admins quit under his "rule," 2 of which were because they didn't like how he was running things. I'm not sure why Spanky quit.

Well if one of those murderers killed the guy who raped my wife i would love him, yes.
A pretty poor comparison. Hacking doesn't equate to rape. Not to mention you're using 2 different crimes in that scenario.

Do you really believe in eye for an eye? There's a reason most civilized countries in the world don't operate like that.
I can't believe people are buying into the whole vigilante bullshit.

Way to add nothing.
It's true though. A lot of people are good at talking to others. Someone may seem to be the nicest person in the world in a conversation but in reality they're not.

"He seems like a good guy" is a pretty poor reason, especially when you consider his actions, which were hacking and circumventing bans.

Someone must be paying you big bucks to hate him that much...
You didn't apparently even read the first post i did and spank agreed upon.
I knew the guy / spoke to him before the whole thing went out of control,
and so did Spanky and Jonny :
I don't know if you ever talked to him personally or tried to get to know him better,
so stop judging people without putting things into perspective.
You behave like a carriage horse wearing blinders and that is moronic imo.

And finally, stop being a fucking insulting moron in your posts, it's really getting annoying.
I'd bet if you talked to and got to know a lot of murderers they wouldn't seem like bad people. Anybody can sweet talk people if they want to. It's their actions, not words that define them. Unfortunately that doesn't bode well for Pit recently. I believe I covered this in the other thread. I don't believe in situational kindness. Either you're a good person or you're not. There is no in between.

Also, you have still failed to say why him hacking because others hack is good.

Am i the only one who remembers why he left in the first place?
People were getting pissed that he was doing nothing with the game and banning on assumptions so he got mad and quit. That is essentially what happened.

What is sad is that he got a ban in the first place for going after hackers with an aimbot,
while real hackers with aimbot lasted in this game much longer than him, just because a
bunch of hypocrits took their defense. That is pathetic.
There really is no arguing against such a moronic post.
Trying to justify hacking because he hacked against other hacks is stupid beyond belief.
That is even if you buy into the whole vigilante bullshit.

At the time where he did what he did, private undetected hacks were on the rise,
so he made his moves knowing he could make some collateral damage.
He was sometimes right and he may sometimes have been wrong, that's true.
But at least he did something, in times where many players (also pretty good ones)
complained more and more about different weird players who used those private hacks,
(fucking Ginger) and scoffing at admins by saying "no proof, no guilt, fuck you".
I think things should be put into perspective before lynching someone.

If Pit had been in charge in the few last months and had banned the cxn guys without
proof, everybody would have complained. Thanks to Sergio and his knew ability to
detect private hacks, we now know they are scrubs. Pit didn't have that detection
possibilities at the time.
"He was doing it so I started doing it too!!!"
Who the hell actually supports that line of thinking?

If Pit actually gave a fuck about the game he wouldn't have spent his time trying to circumvent his ban, which was for exactly what he was supposedly against.

It's all bullshit though. One of the worst excuses there is and people are eating it up. It's pathetic.

well thats funny and if he get back in the assist team i will lmao
btw u ban 1 from our guys for 1 week for using makro fws and pit was banned for? max 10 days for cheating ingame, hacking servers, hacking accounts from so much people, i think alone 4 from our clan.

gj
Pit has been "banned" for much longer than 10 days. The problem was that he kept making new account all the damn time and they couldn't keep up with that level of dedication.

Now he promises to stop hacking for some reason and apparently that's good enough. I'm not buying it, and it seems that nobody else is as well, aside from the admins.
