Obviously someone has forbidden access to the auth server....maybe passwords are compromised.Switching providers and changing all passwords to the server may resolve these issues.Just an idea.

It’s a private friends only server, which is what the American player base wanted. No password or Ausweis needed on Euro servers. :D
