With that one, when you get the objective in the middle, there can still be enemies on both sides of you since both sides spawn on 2 different locations.
For example, you spawn on the left side of the bridge, go to obj, there's enemies at the leftmost corner as well as the right side of the bridge. They spawned at both locations.

Did I get it right, Merlins idea was more like Capture the Flag -alike? Both teams has the same objective and it must be accomplished in enemy base? This objective here is only for assault team, defence needs only run to its base to prevent Assault accomplishing the objective?

That should be quite equal for both sides, I guess that team which ambushes one enemy group from between them, will take a lead in the game. I mean for example if both defence teams starts to run towards middle tower ambushing the enemy group between them and leaving a few guys near assault tower to slow down the main assault group, would defence be very close to win the whole round. Of course Assault can go with the same tactic. So then again, its equal.

I havent played much aa3 version of bridge, but I assume that the objective is still the same. This indeed sounds interesting, but in this way it cant be assault vs defence anymore. Otherwise assaults closest group needs to kill a few guys and they can just run to goal. If objective was kill every enemy, would this be very nice improvement.

I don't remember exact date, but some time ago you wrote in shoutbox, how rude people are against new players, and many of us agrees with you in that. You told that the new guy ( your brother ) will never come back, and you told that you weren't wondering that at all. It's a shame, because this game needs new players. Now you want to deactivate your 10 year old sons account, who has played only 6 hours, made 27kills and died 18 times in hour. Clearly he reads the forum, knows already some players from the game and knows how to play. Its sad if we are loosing that kind of talent. Imagine if he plays a few years, how good he might be someday :)

And yes, you're correct - all accounts you listed are older than mine. If you are referring me as having no life because of a few long sessions, it's partly true. Im divorced man who gets to see his child from three to five days a week, so those days when I'm alone, after my day labor is done I might spend the lonely time as well playing the game I like.

We did have long session yesterday so it's also possible that I remember everything wrong. If it was not Hit^Man who was trolling there, Im sorry for him too about bringing him into this and saying here things he didn't do. In some part we did wonder who he was, it was clearly someones another account.

Saw the connection between that and your earlier post in this thread. That account was indeed nearly created. If I'm wrong here, I am terribly sorry about this.

Im sorry Vanoke but I see this very differently. Everybody here wants to keep BCD alive, no one wants to take it away from you. Like Merlin said, there is the risk that someone decides to create another event for that same date and if the event gets popular, players might stay there even if BCD would come back in august.
