Did you really unzip all the contains from your zip download? Because this sounds like you're opening the installer exe file straight from inside the zip package, which would mean you'd unzip only the exe file but not the rest of the package and physically the exe file wouldnt be there where it was supposed to be, like the screenshot says it doesnt have write permissions to Assist folder.
Other thing that might cause issues like this is high level privileges, if you dont have permission to install a shit, then it might result like this
