Just played again after a few weeks and i loved that there weren't any HT spamming with the 203.
However, I also got a feeling that the time rule would be better than disabling the 203 for good.

Well, changing the name is only the half of it. You have to use different IP when you change the name or it wont help. I changed my name 2 times and didnt work but then sergio said try with a diff pc and it worked.

Like you all care but this problem can be easily solved. Changing the name is the key BUT you can't use your main pc you are always using when you play this game.
I changed my name by using my phone for example and it worked.
