General Chat / Dedicated server for aa25

Hello,
my problem is
I need some advice to get a dedicated server running - not on my local PC, but on a root-server, which has no GUI
 
I..
.downloaded armyops250-linux.run and installed it in a users home
.installed the necessary 32 bit libs
.started server.bin

but it didn't show up in assist server browser
or is this ao-250-linux.run a dead end?

I don't really like to install X onto the root-server and start assist via X-remotely (that ssh -X thing:-)

Thanks in advance for any ideas!

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)

there are aslo admin commands that are on aao25.com or just google it ... how to force class and change maps

no like hou guys manipulate weapons on maps, how many rds,, I have no clue how to do that let alone be an admin. Does the screen look different ,come on guys helpa bro out lol

ask the people what they want and switch maps accordingly...follow rules for kicks and bans for tk and idiots....it seems pretty simple..chron!

Chron. lol, it's simple really. :P Ask what maps the players want. And any toxicity gets severely spanked. Simple. :)
