Assist Support / Bad troubles in the (Wide) network connection reliability

Hello to all the wonderful community. I want to raise awareness among all the members of this wonderful group that starting a few weeks ago, for some users connected from Italy, the connection to the platform has been severely deteriorated. As a general rule, the issue starts around mid-afternoon (local time zone). The severity is so high that it prevents any1 from using the platform. This of course happens ONLY with Assist and aarmy, other services/applications/games and connections generally work normally.
At local level we have already carried out every verification both at low level and infrastructural and there are no peripheral problems, so unfortunately the problem is linked exclusively to Assist (or elsewhere in between of course). I've done a screenshot of the situation for the records. How may upload it here? I sincerely hope that this technical situation can be resolved. A hug to all.
