Assist Support / Please, grant me activation for my account.

Hi Admin, My name is Cecilia. Im trying to set and activate an account flecha_arg for me to play AA. Like my husband does (he plays AA since 2004) he's name's Andres and his account's name is athos_arg.
This is my battle tracker account: http://battletracker.com/index.php?page=User&userID=971024.
My husband also set up a server (password protected). we are using a notebook and a pc from our lan, we are triyng to join that server at the same time so he can teach me the basics to start playing.
