Assist Support / multiple accounts problem

Hi, can you activate the account for my friend? his account name is: franky4vingers, his username is: FuSHiDo. he tried to make an account, and while he was waiting for the activation he played on other friends account, teaching him how the game works. So he got the message of multiple accounts.
