Assist Support / Problem with download game

Hi
I have a problem with download game in my aa 2.5 assist. I start download and after that i have this information "Installation failed at Step 10, Please check your internet connetion then click Download to resume Download"
Someone can tell me what I must do.
I should be obliged.

It’s a private friends only server, which is what the American player base wanted. No password or Ausweis needed on Euro servers. :D

This version, 2.5 Assist, uses the 2.5 version of America's Army, which is PvP only. The 2.8.5 version includes PvP and CO-OP (against bots).
