I am former -former- player.
I consider playing back since I always missed that game  but I just wanted to know more informations:

How many people are playing on average? Is there still enough clans (or ppl online) to have some good fun (or only one map playing...)?
 
is there still tournaments/battles?

Is there still cheaters on that game?

Are people still insulting all the time (I really hope so because that is what I missed the most haha  )

Any french-speaking team left?

Is there less teenagers on the game now?

More important: is it possible to run my old buddy on a macbook?

I do not remember which versions I exactly used to play but I think around the 2.7 I might have stopped (since sf.blizzard and so on I was not playing anymore)
