General Chat / Can't seem to update my basic training progress....

Hi,I am completely new user and have tried to register my basic training progress using the 25 assist.
I try saving my progress but nothing happens, even after waiting a while. I tried to join a game but got booted off after a couple of minutes.
I run windows7 32 bit, and my internet speed is 70mb+.
What am I doing wrong please???????
