Honor Claims / Old account access

Hey team,
I am trying, like many are, to get my old and main account back.
This is the link to the player:

It was associated with another account and when the merge happened I was left with my 2nd account.
Happy to just have the one account if it means deleting the one I am using now to play.
Any help much appreciated.
