General Chat / I need help! Critical Error

hello guys, I really need your help.  :cry:
I recently installed the game on my computer, but it happens the following.
I open normally but when it passes a certain time aleartório the game crashes completely, my computer does not offer any response signal, and I'm pulling it from the outlet and turn it on again!
what do I do?
