Honor Claims / Honor request Marvin[CZ]

Hello, i would like to raise honor of my profile Marvin[CZ] (previously named MartinRanger) back to 81, but only evidence that i would offer is aa-accounthistory link, where honor recorded is 64. Is possible bring me back 81 honor? If not, I'll be happy even at the 64 honor.
