Hi guys,

I can't login to assist, it writes me: BANNED! You have been banned, You can not play this game anymore,
Reason: VIOLATION (GAMEHACK)

I don't understand it because I have never used any hack, can you explain me it?

Dear guys,

I have finally found my old account (link: http://battletracker.com/playerstats/aao/764993/.DaN%252B/ ) and I would like to get it back because 94 honor is quite high and I don't wanna play again from 10 honor. I just requested the new password send to mail but I don't remember my old mail, are you able to find that mail?
