Bug Reports / Help a Sister Out..

Hey all,
I'm having a bit of a problem every so often when I'm in game.
After playing steadily for multiple rounds on any given map with no problems, my game suddenly minimizes itself and I get the following error message (that I am able to click "OK" to dismiss and return to my game with no problem):
"cmd.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application"
The trouble is two-fold.
1. It impedes game-play as it often minimizes my game as I am in mid-action, and;
2. The message continues to reappear every so often (about once every 15-20 minutes) which leads back to the first trouble.
Additionally, there doesn't seem to be a specific rhyme or reason (at least in game) that triggers the message's appearance. It happens across all maps and whether I'm in a firefight or simply sprinting across a map.
Any ideas on a fix, guys?
