What's that weird artifact at the left top corner?

I was watching him as admin as i suspected him: He was looking at the main pump room pipe, shot one guy on the left, but kept looking 'through' the pipe.. waited a while, and moves to the right (primary valve) and instantly starts shooting another guy (headshot). weird behavior but not enough proof. My server was hacked with admin messages. after i kicked him the messages were gone.

It’s a private friends only server, which is what the American player base wanted. No password or Ausweis needed on Euro servers. :D
