for some reason my assist have a prob with Authorization server is it a problem of assist or battletracker ?

hello I am new to 2.5 I played AA a couple of years ago
I downlaoded the assist but where did it downlaod the game ? at the system disk c ?
if I want to backup the installation is tere a way to do it without redownlaoding AA2.5 ?
