The problem was solved for a few minutes, but since I changed my ingame name in the profile battletracker it was again as if it had not been active! I can not change the name?

Hello, I'd like to ask if they could activate my account because I liked to start playing AA, and I may have made the mistake of creating 3 accounts because I created the first and it failed to login, so I thought had done something wrong in the account and created another wanted to ask if I could activate the account.
