I guess it could be your OS, but I don't know why that would be. Maybe OSX handles synapse in a different way that Windows? It could also be Assist operating differently on OSX.

Whatever it is, i have no clue on how to solve this. I hope someone will come in my help!

I' m currently using a Deathadder 2013 mouse and I have no problem playing AA with Synapse running. I'm not sure what's going on for you.

Perhaps is the mouse version, not the Synapse app. What os do u have?

In my personal experience, the acceleration is awesome. Now i became a noob, after may years off, but when i was good, and got used to acceleration, aiming became much better and quicker.
Anyway, i'll wait for ELiZ to comment :)

In the meantime, cu in the battlefield!

Yes, i can use the mouse even without the Razer software, however, i'm not taking advance of the gaming feature of the cursor acceleration. Which sucks.

Hi all.

Just recently i wanted to use again my gaming mouse DeathAdder by Razer, so i installed the software called Razer Synapse. Once i installed it, i wasn't able to join any aa server.in fact, an old xp version like-window opened:
(the screenshot won't show in the forum, anyway it says "The program ArmyOps.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." )

The only way to be able to play again was to uninstall the Razer software.

I'm using a MacBook Air late 2010, osx 10.9.3 (Mavericks).

Ok, it looks like many people are having issue connecting/downloading through sourceforge.net
Probably this is what's causing issues to me.

If anybody else is having difficulties i'd be happy to know.

Hi,

Today a new PB version is available through the Assist app, but it never actually start downloading it.
I tried many times restarting it, but i got the notification that says the server connection is off.
Anything i can do to fix this? It's only 1.17MB, and apparently i can't play without this update.
