i do ,i didn't say i cant login to it..i said its not mine its my friend's account ,and im playing it for a while only. he logs to this account usually and i cant play always on it,so all i did is created an account of my own

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
