punk buster not enabled! Where's the setting at???? to enable it so i can play ! This only happen after the 7.46 update!!!

Man i guess got 7.46 and the mune bar says 7.45 and I use windows and every time i tryed to goin a sever I get I need to enable PUNK Buster WHY and where is it so i can play BOSS????
