1 - If the honor point fly around our ears we all get fast 110 . Look good if we can chance that 110 for a nice icon. Than agan play to 110. 

2- I think its not possible but i ask i have on my server comp. Always low good  ping that advantise aganst players out of adder world is it possible the make it equel to letting count the hits more.

If they play from further away they should have a disadvantage, if you make a handicap mode (which prob is not doable to make anyways), the server gets a lot more stressed and it would make some people highering their ping a bit on purpose.
