There is clear violation and conflict of interest and moral obligation for you to review the game as it clearly interferes with the current product and does not have consent to continue without written approval from the U.S. Army. I believe the lack of resources has allowed a small community to take control of a rather formerly popular game and run it like a communist regime. I believe a popular product and recruiting tool, that is primarily controlled by one group of individuals who tend to be racist and undemocratic in their ways, is painting a poor picture for the US army and its recruiting tool. They are in clear violation of section
1) License to Use
2) Restrictions
3) Distribution
5) Export Controls
6) Written Approval

I believe that in conjunction with the current version of America's Army Proving Grounds that this version of America's Army should cease existence or be wholly reviewed and supported by the US Army. It seems like an extreme waste of resources (tax payer money) to have two games, with one potentially being considered a 'conflict of interest' in that it will take away from potential 'gamers' for the current version. Please email me with any questions or concerns, I feel like this matter may be of significant importance that I may have to escalate the issue to other areas of interest like the US Senator in my area.
