I still think it is. The issue I have is that there was good feedback for the map and Undisputed reminded me that there's people that are looking forward to it. Do I throw away the work and effort that I've put into it just because I'm unwilling to work on AA? Or do I spend a little bit of time and finish what I started?

Finish it imo.

Its defiantly different, It would be very fun to play in a jungle environment. also im pretty sure there's no other map that has a good forest without obnoxiously mountainous terrain to overpower forest play. (i don't count interdiciton)

It has a river. I think I'll do a few things on it since it's raining and cold today so I can't work outside nor do I have any customer work to do :(

I spent 2 hours on it today. Here's the current version:

Before you say it, I know there's no trees. I have to redo them. One by one. Not fun. I spent time tweaking the river, fog, boats and buildings. Also added playerblocks around the map and a viewpoint camera. Let me know what you think.

This is very nice map, I'm very excited and can't wait for it. I like those screenshots it makes me feel like in a real army as i said before!

agreed, but Spanky as a mapper would say the contrary :D, I think he prefers maap Pipe than any other.
@Spanky: keep it simple, also I don't think it needs too much Trees, do not add too much annoying sounds like in urban assault :D, leave a good ammount of Goal/Leader/Win points :D and it will be overplayed, not only because of score, but for how great the map is :D
may not be impressive for you but for me it was... alot.

Thanks for the comments guys, thanks also for the screenshots, it makes the map look better than it is :D

You guys have given me motivation and reason to keep working on it so I will :) If you have any suggestions on the map, I'll add them.

Right now, I'm thinking of trees (obviously), moving tire swing by the buildings, random bird sounds triggered when you walk around, spooky wind or other sounds, a couple cars or perhaps a junkpile between creek and buildings, maybe a shack by the river bridge for objective cover.
