Hey,

Do some of you have some "kill-compilations" of americas army?
I want to try out some video editing stuff, but AA is barely playable for me when I try to record anything.

It doesn't need to be some pro videos or whatever. Simple videos will do the trick.

With Fraps, did you try recording half-size? Lowering resolution will help the FPS loss too.

Most of the online versions of all the AA movies are gone now..

You could actually use JDownloader to download YouTube videos into MP4 format. I have quite a few AA videos, not necessarily frag ones though. Feel free to use any of them.

There are a few tools less system-intensive, i think Possessed used Playclaw a while ago.

I have a couple AA videos on my youtube channel but they're not that kind of fragmovies.

I got Playclaw in a give away lol but I did not use it :)

Fraps should work fine, or try Dxtory

I can record videos in 720p fine, with 25~fps.(using fraps)
