updates but no game

who ever does these updates needs to check if theres anything at the end of it to play ie update no game get a programmer who checks.

Your satistfaction with our products is very important to us.  We try our hardest to make sure that our software is bug-free, our designs are free of defects, and our code has all is i's dotted and t's crossed.  But, we know that things sometimes go wrong and you may not be 100% happy with our product or how it got delivered.  Or, maybe it never even got delivered!  We hope that the information on this page will answer whatever questions you have about what to do when things go wrong, but if you're still not sure what to do after looking here, just contact us and we'll get things sorted out as quickly as possible.

Since the last update my system is freezing when i'm playing, it just can be solved by rebooting the laptop. Not sure if the problem is really the assist system, but since yesterday everything was working fine... Any clues?

Guys these guys are doing this for donations, not your grubby little comments. Yes things break when there are upgrades and if your system is stock with no add ons it should be working. If you have something or have had something at some point in your time of playing do a fresh install that may clear it up. This complaining about them helping keep a game alive that was dead (plug pulled on) due to them making you update to AA3 and now AA4, go play them. Otherwise standby and let them figure out the issues that crop up during updates and quit your Bitching. It's free and they don't have to do this for any of us.

Man i guess got 7.46 and the mune bar says 7.45 and I use windows and every time i tryed to goin a sever I get I need to enable PUNK Buster WHY and where is it so i can play BOSS????

What I don't understand is why people feel the need to let others know which way they lean all the time, Whether it 's left, right or whatever. It's a game message board and not a political site.
