Get a message How is it possible

I get a message from member he say i can do no mutate and Mod commands anymore.
I have not changed anything, all 4 servers have the same problem

I reinstall all in the way like the first time and still no mutate for SF  ore Mod commands  all old fasion classic.

From what I understood he said he cannot do mutate and admin commands. I bet he is using google translator.

do not reset server ore reinstall it look like its not your fould.
I even can t do forceclass weapons !!
