i have been refused my account because it says i might have other account but i haven't played this game for about 5 years what do i do next?

Did you try to recover password with your email adress or you don't remember email either?

The error you're getting suggests you have an other account and you created a new one.

What ganja failed to note is that you need your old account from Battletracker.com , not from AA itself. Try going to http://battletracker.com/index.php?form=LostPassword and entering either you username (not your ingame name, but the name you used to log in to BT) OR e-mail address used with your old battletracker account.

Current policy is that we only accept 1 account per computer.

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
