It might not be what you asked, but it gives you the perfect solution for it. Showing more than 5 ´new topics´ on the frontpage will only make it less organised.

I can't believe it but I agree with Kari. We did only 5 recent posts to keep things less cluttered. Setting it to 10 pushes the shoutbox down further and also won't solve your problem of seeing your unread posts. Just click the link below your private messages to see ALL posts. Seems like there's quite a few people on here that don't bother to do that and they end up posting threads with things that have already been talked about.

As far as I'm concerned it would be good to have the "Recent Posts" set to 10.

Is it possible to just change it for this site:

Ah, that's what you're talking about. I never look at that. I'd lay money down saying that it reads from the SSI.php which sets the limit for Recent Posts. That's the same thing the homepage does. Change it and both get changed.

It's still by far better to just look at the Unread page:

I have thought of an idea!

I can add a 'more' button next to the "5 Latest Posts" text on the right side of the homepage. That would then show a page with maybe 30 latest posts.

Thoughts on the number/idea?

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
